Park Ridge Academic Magnet School

A new, exciting and innovative program to "ignite a passion for lifelong learning” arrived August 2011 to better serve our eligible students in grades 1 through 5.

The magnet program offers an enhanced, challenging and technology-integrated curriculum complemented by visual and performing arts, a foreign language, educational excursions, mentoring, virtual experiences, competitions and other experiences that will "land” students far beyond the traditional classroom.

This innovative concept can best be described as a "lots of” program -- lots of teaching, lots of learning, lots of fun and lots of excitement.

Parents and eligible students must be a part of this "lots of” concept – a first in the City of Baker School System.

Applications are available at all Baker Schools and the Central Office.
