BMS and PRAMS 6th grade students embarked upon a field trip to the Louisiana Arts and Science Museum on February 17th. There, the students engaged in engineering practices. Through bridge-building activities, students gained a new appreciation for the relevance of civil engineering and design in their daily lives. Creative problem solving strategies motivate aspiring engineers to explore concepts such as force, balance, and stability.
