Louisiana's First Black Elected Officials
As the 2012 installment of his February series, "Heroes in African American History", Dr. Charles Vincent will present a program on the first Black elected officials in Louisiana. After the program Dr. Vincent will autograph copies of his recent publication, Black Legislators in Louisiana during Reconstruction, published by Southern Illinois University Press, 2011 revised edition.
