BOARD ATTORNEY

Legal affairs of the school district shall be handled by the City of Baker School Board and Superintendent with the aid and assistance of a qualified attorney appointed by the Board.  The role of the School Board attorney shall be to propose, check, review and approve all legal documents pertaining to the School Board and/or school district.  The attorney shall also be available for consultation with the Board and/or Superintendent on all matters of a legal nature.
