WORK SESSIONS
Work sessions may be called by the President or Vice-President. A City of Baker School Board member may call a work session by contacting the President or Vice-President to set the time and place for the meeting. Twenty-four (24) hour advance notice must be given in writing to the President or Vice-President, School Board members, staff, the official journal and any other interested party. Work sessions shall be tape recorded and outline notes kept for reference. Discussion shall be limited to items on the agenda only. No requirements shall be made to publish any minutes or notes of the meeting, but copies shall be maintained in the office of the Recording Secretary for no less than ten (10) years. No official action nor any vote shall be taken, and the School Board shall not close the meeting (executive session) for any reason.
