OUR GIRLS ROCK!

Our girls rock! Three of our students have been selected to participate in LSU’s Girls Night at the Museum, an event to promote girls in STEM.  Our girls will join 31 other 4th through 6th grade girls from Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas.  They will enjoy an evening of exciting science activities, demonstrations, conversations with women scientists, and a tour of the internationally recognized LSU Museum of Natural Science.

The following girls were selected from the City of Baker School District:

  • Eluan Clark- 6th Grade – Baker Middle School
  • Kiana Comager- 6th Grade – Baker Middle School
  • Samantha Hooker- 4th Grade – Park Ridge Academic Magnet School

Congratulations to these students!

(Congratulations to our students, their teachers, and principals! I know this will be a beneficial experience. Thanks to Mrs. Presley for recommending them. - Dr. Domingue)
