Celebrating Excellence in the City of Baker School District

Congratulations!  Ms. Chante Rice's Internet Business Students attended the DECA Career and Development Conference to compete against 346 students from Louisiana.  Each student presented their Micro-Enterprise "Self-Assessment Presentation" to business leaders from the greater Baton Rouge Community.  Six Baker High School Students won first place in their division.  Baker High School had the second largest number of students to place FIRST!

The first place winners from the City of Baker School District, Baker High School, are Asia Alexander, Christopher Louis, Joshua Butler, Kenta Edwards, Zakeyra Golden, and Chameah Strowder.  We are so proud of our first place winners, student conference participants, Ms. Chante Rice, and Principal Morgan for your accomplishments and leadership.  We commend you for allowing excellence to shine in your work and actions!
