Congratulations to the newest members of Baker Middle School JAG Aim High Program. We would like to express our sincerest thanks to each and every one of you for sharing in this exciting celebration. We feel fortunate to have such supportive family, teachers, administrators and staff. Special thanks to our JAG Specialist, Ms. Keyo Johnson for her support and unconditional love for making this possible. 

The following JAG Officers for 2018 will attend the Student Leadership Conference in Lafayette, LA.

2018 JAG Officers:

Special congratulations to Destiny Jones, who was selected as JAG-LA Middle School Representative. Destiny and her JAG Specialist, Ms. Keyo Johnson won an all-inclusive trip to Washington, DC to attend the National Student Leadership Academy. Destiny will be the first JAG-LA Middle School Representative to attend this conference.

Also, Congratulations to Ms. Keyo Johnson who was selected as a second year conference presenter for the Student Leadership Conference held in Lafayette, LA.

Facts:

  • In 2016: Baker Middle School JAG Program won 3rd Place in the Public Speaking Competition.
  • In 2017: 1st Place Logo Design and BMS student was selected as JAG-Louisiana  Secretary for the State of Louisiana middle school programs.
  • In 2018: BMS student was selected as the first JAG-Louisiana Middle School Representative to attend the National Student Leadership Academy in Washington, DC. 
  • In 2018: BMS JAG Program won 1st Place for JAG-LA Middle School Virtual Commercial Competitive Event.
