On behalf of the students, staff and employees of the City of Baker School System, I want to express our deep appreciation to Representative Barbara Carpenter and Senator Regina Barrow of the Louisiana Legislative Body for sponsoring the Baker High School Band's Bayou Classic admission. This event is rich with tradition grounded by two Historically Black College & Universities, Southern University and Grambling State University.
