Killey Murphy

Principal Murphy is an accomplished educator and dynamic leader, boasting over 20 years of instructional experience from third through eighth grade. Her previous roles include serving as the founding academic dean, assistant principal, and principal of Helix Aviation Academy Middle School. Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, she launched her career as a teacher and instructional specialist within the St. Landry Parish School system. Murphy's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and elementary education, along with a master's degree in education administration and supervision, both from the University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree, continuing her studies at the University of Phoenix.
