CoBSS Asbestos Management Plan Availability Notification

 

Good morning,

 

EPA and DEQ asbestos regulations require you to notify parents, teachers, and staff of the availability of the asbestos management plans for your facilities. This notification must be made annually.

 

If you'd like, you can make the notification via memo/letter, newsletter, email, or text. Most of our clients make the notification via their website.

 

I recommend you add a link to the school district website (somewhere near the main page bottom near the contact information):

 

"The City of Baker School District has retained Wynn L. White Consulting Engineers, Inc. to re-inspect all School Board school facilities for the presence of asbestos containing materials. The work consisted of evaluating asbestos containing materials identified during previous inspections, identifying materials suspected of containing asbestos, making a hazard assessment, making recommendations, and preparing Asbestos Management Plan updates.

The asbestos management plan for each facility is on file at the facility and at the following location:
