Tigerama Live - LSU Tigerama began as a recruiting event 35 years ago by renowned Director of Bands, Frank Wickes. Through his vision and fortitude, the event grew and became increasingly popular. After a few short years, Tigerama performed standing room only shows as the band traveled around the state looking for new members.
Through funds raised as a result of Tigerama along with other gracious donors, the entire Tiger Band was able to perform in Dublin, Ireland at the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. This marked the first international trip for the band - and every band member was able to attend. This unique experience granted students a chance of a lifetime. (http://www.bands.lsu.edu/tigerama)
