Baker Chamber of Commerce Donates Awards Banquet Proceeds to Baker School System

The Baker Chamber of Commerce donated the $1000 proceeds from the annual Chamber Awards Banquet, to the City of Baker School System during the January 2023 board meeting. 

“I am so grateful to our participants at the award dinner who contributed by participating,” said Michel Woods, president of the Baker Chamber of Commerce. “We are already identifying how to make next year’s event even better!"  Woods added, “The best way to support the schools is to shop local, shop Baker, because portions of sales taxes inside the City of Baker support the City of Baker School System!
